Over filled oil on a oil change I did not authorize. Then tried to make it look like it was normal by starting car then checking as soon as car was off. Changes thermostat that was already New. These people are crooks. Never will I take my car back.

Always a bad experience! Years ago my grandfather took his Mercedes-Benz in needing a new radiator. Once home we found that fluid was leaking into the floor of our garage. We took the car back to them where they said he needed a water pump for about $1000.00. We declined and found out that the coolant that was leaking from the automobile was from a pinhole puncture in the radiator overfill tank. This was approximately ten years ago and the water pump is still functioning properly. If they can tell you've had work done that they did not complete themselves you leave their facility with an issue that was never an issue before. I took a vehicle in for an alignment and the gentleman who runs the place came out of the garage asking me if work had been done to my vehicle recently. When I told him who had done the repairs he gave a disgusted look and I have had to fill my power steering fluid twice per month ever since. Against our better judgment we took them yet another vehicle that had been repaired at another shop but needed a simple front-end alignment. Said vehicle made it to my first stop and would not restart. Being an honest and optimistic person I gave them numerous chances. This negative pattern has completely lost them our business and we will warn anyone of our experiences if ever needing repairs or routine maintenance.
