Too Bad 0 stars is not an option. Do not waste your money getting your nails done at this salon. My nails are ruined because of the nail tech she over filed my nails doing dipping polish! Owner absolutely no help, will NEVER go there again.

To the guest who wanted platinum blonde and said you went to this salon twice and both times came out with a strawberry colored hair I have know idea what could have happend but I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and the owner always does my hair and my hair is always perfect and if something isn't exactly right I can go right back in and they will take care of it with no problems. I have recently moved to Charlotte, NC and have been to 2 different salons and had to go back twice at each salon and my color was still awful......I had a special event I was going to and expressed how important it was my color be right. I ended up going to Walmart and buying color and fixing it myself before I let my husband see it. Plus they charged over $75 more at both salons in Charlotte. Believe me when I need my hair done again I will be driving to Knoxville and going to the only salon for me "de Spa". I love everyone there!!! Kimber

Although it was easy to get an appt. and very friendly staff I left very disappointed with my manicure. I left with bubbles and smudges I could do a much better job myself. In addition the prices and services advertised on their website does not match the actual service and prices. I will do my own nails or go elsewhere in the future.

I went to get a massage after receiving a coupon. I have a major problem in one specific area. The masseuse told me what to do at home and helped me find the cause of the problem. She even recommended me treatments that would help. She recommended, she did not sell them to me. I did not feel pushed in any way. I even got another coupon later! Would definitely recommend her!

I really hate to do this, as the folks there are generally nice. However, I received a gift certificate and used it on my hair. I am a platinum blond and wanted all-over color and highlites. No biggie, I thought, especially with someone who has been trained and is labeled an expert. Long story short, I walked out with strawberry-colored hair, instead of my platinum blond locks. DISTURBING. I thought, okay, maybe the dye interacted with previous dye on my hair. I went back after everthing had grown out (icky process---lots of baseball caps worn) and saw another stylist there, who even consulted with the main owner about my previous experience. Do you know that my hair was strawberry-colored AGAIN. I was so choked up that all I could do was get out of there as fast as I could...paying a whopping fee for disappointment. I drove all the way to NC to get my hair done by my old stylist and she LAUGHED and wanted to know what amateurs I had been going to. Enough said. I have yet to return.

A local favorite, and highly recommended because whenever I come in I always feel like family. Everyone is always smiling and the services are great and the price is fair. When I first went to the salon I didn't know they did massages or facials and I quickly learned they are FULL SERVICE. I would recommend anyone to try it out.
