I purchased a massage for a friend that lives in the area. My friend is have no luck trying to redeem the gift certificate. All calls, emails, and online appointment attempts are pointless. The voicemail box is full on the posted number and I am unable to contact the business in any way. Funny that they were more than happy to take monies for a service there is in no way able to capitalize on. It also seems trying to receive a refund is pointless, again due to the fact there is no one to speak to... Poor business practices to say the least!
