Got a dryer installed to day the installer forgot to put the feet on it so it's about a half an inch lower then the washing machine so I called and spoke with a manager to have them come back to put the feet on so about an hour later they came buy and dropped off the feet and expect me to install the feet and I've had medical procedures poor service gentleman looked like he was agitated good thing I looked at the hose behind the dryer because the dryer was shaved all the way up to the pipe going out of the building so eventually it would have just burned up something in the machine due to no air flow out the vent when I spoke to the manager it seem like it was useless even to call there like maybe I interrupted him or it was bothering him I had just moved here not a good way to treat potential customers just lost this one

Garrison's probably has one of the worst workers ever. Guy comes in here to check out my dryer (add he looks like he's 50+ years old) and says he just needs about 15 minutes. Takes him almost 2 hours to not fix anything. He proceeds to look at the dryer like he does not even know what the hell he's doing and looks at the manual for everything!! He was very frustrated and finally just wrote a bunch of bologna on a piece of paper and said I can't fix it, it's broke. So, if you want to waste $75.00 of your money and your time...call Garrison. I will just buy a new dryer next time. I gave them a shot and they suck!
