While the place is clean and nice like anther reviewer commented it is understaffed. If she is not able to perform the service no worries one of her kids will. I have given the place a few tries. Done with it.

Elizabeth Rose is a very beautiful shop; they do excellent work, however they are under staffed and you may have to plan to be there for several hours,
