Eating disorders aren't just in teenage girls. As an adult I have been a patient here for over a year. They understand and specialize in eating disorders.I have never felt threatened nor have I been told to "just eat". I highly recommend this center. Counseling and nutrition are both available. When I was looking for a treatment program I found that there are little to none in North Florida... and eating disorders are best handled by people who specialize in them. I went to several different "counselors" who just couldn't understand the thoughts behind this disease - you cannot effectively work with an illness without knowing how it works. Call today - it's safe, confidential and a caring center.
