Had great service but very disappointed with the product. I bought a pair of sandals with an interchangeable bar strap. I paid close to $200 for these shoes because I wanted to also purchased an extra more decorative strap for these shoes. After just four weeks of wearing them, they broke, I took them back to the store to exchange them and was told if it happened again I would have to mail them off. Now the whole time they kept reassuring me that they had never seen this happen before. I should have known better, because they also kept telling me that I would have to send them off if it did. Well guess what, they broke again two months later. I bought these shoes because I they would last.
