Dr. Daniel Miller is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and later moved to Nashville, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he obtained his BA in biology and anthropology. He went on to attend Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois and complete a surgical residency at St. Maryâ??s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. Dr. Miller has staff affiliations at The Indiana Surgery Center North and South, The Surgery Center of Carmel, IU West Hospital, IU North Hospital, Methodist Hospital, Community South Hospital, Community North Hospital, Methodist South Outpatient Surgery Center.
