Felicia is very rude and unprofessional. My alterations majority of the bridal party were not done properly. I was not assisted with my dress when I went to try on the dress after the alterations were completed.I spoke with Felicia about my issue with the alterations, she was very rude and unprofessional again. She said"I was a grown women, so I should know how a dress should fix on me". Well I don't wear dresses and no one who was a professional, assisted me with my dress nor check to see if the dress was altered properly. I was upset with her statement and I made sure she know how upset I was with her. Please research other options before you use Kathy Rose!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!

This store is Amazing, because I have been to alot of stores but this store let's you rent when alot of stores just want's you to buy!
