Terrible customer service!!! I purchased a sweatshirt recently for my wife as a souvenir, took it back to my hotel for her to try on. It was to small, so I took it back to exchange for a larger size of the same price & style. The store wouldn't allow the exchange. The clerk said it was because of the tourist activity they don't allow exchanges or returns. According to her, the notice is posted near the register & on the receipt. I was not told at check out of this or I would not have purchased the item in the 1st place. I had to keep the sweatshirt, even though it was to small for my wife to wear. I not would recommend you purchase anything at this establishment. A similar store down the street had much better customer service.
