Flowers for my wedding left the shop 41 minutes after they were promised. Wedding started 15 minutes late as a result. Multiple white roses were extremely flawed. The response from the owner was almost accusatory when I called about the product delivered.

I highly recommend this florist. I live in another state and didn't know who to call so I went through FTD. Flowers were delivered the same day, but surgery had been delayed so there was no room number for the recipient and the hospital refused the delivery. Patient was released the next morning. I made a phone call to FTD which contacted the florist. She called the hospital, personally apologized to the recipient (even though it wasn't her fault) and delivered the flower arrangement before the patient left the hospital. The arrangement was the same I'd ordered and was very beautiful! Order date...2/2013
