Cleaners had to come back when they did not acknowledge my request on areas to clean. I was then told I would be charged extra for cleaning my floor because it required more than a quick wipe over! When I showed the lady the second time that the dirt comes off the floor, she used my cleaning products to start cleaning then complained it would take to long to use a scrub brush on the floor. I am 6 months pregnant and I used no scrub brush to clean the area I tested, only a simple kitchen dish cloth! I would never recommend Merry Maids to anyone.
