Would not have even gave it one star. Went here to try and wish I never would have. The lady rushed through my appointment and didn’t even give me the full service that I paid for, the little clipping she did make me bleed, the polish was uneven on all nails and the gel chipped off the same night! Went back for a refund and they refused to give it to me.

The best place for a children's pedicure and manicure. So so cheap at$22 with designs on hands and feet. The chair designs are awesome! Private rooms with tv's so you can bring your husband. Great atmosphere and clean!

I went there on Thursday and a had a shellac polish. By the time I got home two of them were cracked. I went back the following day and they redid them. It's Sunday and five of them are cracked. It's the worst shellac I have ever had. Won't go back or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the worst place to go. The only positive is that they are cheap. The owner doesn't can answer the phone well, however; that's about it. The workers are rude, have no personal skills, have terrible attitudes, and rudely speak Vietnamese back and forth and laugh. I'm of Asian decent so this has nothing to do with race o ethnicity. The woman that works at desk #3 did my nails and she rushed th whole process, was extremely blunt, moody, and rude. I wanted a full set of gel nails and she put the gel on & I had a HUGE gap between the gel and my cuticle. I tried to cover it up with polish but it looked awful so I went back in for the woman at #3 desk could fix it.



She accused me of pushing my nail bed back!!!! WTH! This isn't the first time that I have had my nails done so I know to push them back.



So I have been waiting for 40 mins as others stroll around the store for her to fix my nails. I get it....they are just nails but when you pay good mone you expect at good results.



I have gone to this facility for years and even promoted it. Ever again will I go back to such an unlikable group of people. The service is horrible, they rush through everything, the woman are very moody, and the end product looks like crap.



You couldn't pay me to go back again. Horrible experience. Very spiteful business.

I love Hollywood Nails I've been going there for a while now very clean and they make sure your satisfied with your service and I just love my nail tech and some of the other ladies have done wonderful services as well I recommend this page to everyone alot of designs and styles they will shock you with what they can do they are the best in the city of GreenBay

Perfect place if you are in a hurry. Just call ahead and they make room for you.

Not a place to expect to get pampered but hey I just need a shellac nail manicure and a pedicure.



No complaints on the pedicure or manicure. Place was loud w/ TV's but I had ear buds in with my phone so I didn't care.

I will NEVER go to this salon again. I have been there many times, as I love close by. Last month they charged my credit card twice for the same service (which wasn't cheap), and then gave me a hard time about giving me a refund, even though a child under ten ran my card. The last time I was there, I paid with a card and left $0.00 for a tip. I then gave the worker $5.00 cash as a tip. They then charged my card an extra $6.00 for a tip!!! I also had very bubly nails (bubbles in the gel AND acrylic when I tried those), and the nails looked aweful within the first week both of the last times I went to the salon. I will NEVER go again, and will no longer tell people to go there. This was a complete waste of my money. They are losing a good customer, as I get my nails done twice a month and a pedicure every other. This place will rip you off any way they know how. I've seen it time and time again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I have had nothing but a great experience at Hollywood Nails. Lynsey is awesome and does a great job on nails and I've also had pedicures and they are the best, I have been to other nail salons and this is by far the best and friendliest. I am actually heading there this morning.
