My wife was given a vehicle with old tires. They were covered in snow when she got the vehicle so the quick once around "inspection" by the guy never caught it. One of them went flat and we were charged for the replacement and damage to the rim. They tried calling once but she missed the call and didn't send an invoice so we had a nice surprise charge on the credit card bill two weeks later.
