If you want to get your dog shaved down for less than half the price of a regular groomer, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, I had been trying to maintain the beautiful coats of my dogs, and went in for a simple TRIM, only to have them shaved down, and very unevenly at that. Some spots were shaved very close to the skin, while other spots still had a couple of strands of long curly fur.When I complained about the job done, I was very rudely told that I had specified to have it done that way-- no apologies and certainly no a discount for the error. I had given the very same description to other groomers in the past who had done beautiful work, although they charged twice as much. Those great places will have my business and I'll happily fork out $60 per dog.I am giving Pets R Us two stars because of an employee there who was particularly friendly and had nothing to do with the fiasco. If it weren't for him, I'd give this place one star.
