The apartment is very small, the room is just big enough for my bed. The bathroom is the smallest I've seen, the walk-in closet is spacious. However it's a cozy place, each tenant gets a car port, and it's a gated community. That's why I'm going to move in, I know my tenants rights, so I'm moving in as an important tenant. I just want to say i dont think the Managers Eric and Maria are given any credit for all the things they do at the complex they are only given the bad i have been a tenant here for more than 10 yrs before they even came along and i can tell you they are the best managers you have ever had regard less of what other people tell which in most cases are the ones that are no good and complain about everything i can tell you that if they ever decided to leave this complex and another managers takes over i will leave and go somewhere else i felt very safe here since eric and maria took over and this place Will go to the dogs thats a garantee

I just want to say i have had the best time living at this complex the managers are great there always on top of things and are always very nice the complex is always cleaned and litter free of trash i would recommend this complex very highly

Landlords are always coming in the apartments without warning, have bad accounting practices.. took four months to fix a severely running tub..overall rudeness is the norm
