Service: Rob Lewis is a very nice man and treats all customers with friendly dignity and a smile. I've never seen him lose his patience, and I've been in there at least 10 times. He is always at ease, yet very knowledgeable. If your car needs service, look Rob up. It's worth the effort, though he's usually right there! Even when he waits on customers that I felt like walking up to and punching, he keeps his cool!

Michael Cadillac service department is the only place I would go. Rob Lewis and staff always take care of me and my car.
