Some of my Marketing responsibilities and strategies include, yet not limited to PR management, treatment coordination, and patient care. 1- To initiate the planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, budgets, marketing communications, and public relation activities, both external and internal. 2- To oversee the development and implementation of promotional materials and services that are unique to each clinic in the area of marketing, communications, and public relations. 3- Implement a new set of customer & patient care standards that should meet with these client's expectations. Train current staff on how to properly intake mew generated patients to insure quality of patient care, and client's satisfaction. 4- Uniquely promote each client's unique dental services and treatments to the surrounding businesses, factories, and other practices that refers to specialties to generate patient flow. 5- Manage, Coordinate, and Oversee the success of these obtained relations especially with HR directors and benefits coordinators by participating and organizing health fairs and events that will only strengthen these relations.
