its really good place food is too much half staff is good half not

Will NEVER go back the MANAGER and waiters are extremely RUDE. The food on a scale of 1-10 is a low 3. if you want some authentic Chinese food PLEASE try Shanghai on Blackstone, very close to San Francisco Chinese food. You pay maybe

.40 more but service is good and food to die for. As for this restaurant Imperial whatever SUCKS.....don't be fooled by the amount of people there. Be observant

This restaurant is an awesome place to eat a variety of original Chinese food. I enjoy trying new foods, as each time I am surprised with great taste. The place is always packed but well worth it. Some employees are kind of rude but the large amounts of delicious food makes up for it!!

This place has good Chinese food. They give you tons and it's always fresh. Unfortunately the service is bad. I don't know if it's family operated and so the employees don't care but they have poor attitudes. They place isn't kept up too nice but it's not a pit hole. If you don't care about service and want good food then try this place.
