Wow, this guy is disgusting to customers. I work for a security camera installation company and wanted some info. He proceeded to give me a discertation on the CA State Laws on Contracting. After 4 times of telling him I work for a licensed contractor, the guy asked if I was going to buy anything today and after I said no, he turned around and walked away from me. I will never ever ever have our company buy anything from this guy. So sorry, was I bothering you? Please save yourself the trouble of ever even calling this company! There are too many other real, kind business people out there to deal with these guys! They don't deserve to be in business and their showroom looks like a rummage sale. Believe me, anytime their name ever comes up, I will definitely tell them about my experience, starting here! They deserve NO STARS!

The guy was rude when I was talking to him so I just hung up.

The rudest, most unprofessional business man I have ever dealt with. After leaving the shop and describing the owner's behavior to my father, who runs a business, he immediately asked me "Hi-Tech?" and told me that he too had dealt with him in the past, and was rude to him as well, only as a customer. I was going to try and make my purchase locally, to help support local, small businesses, but if this is how he plans to treat anyone who walks in the door, I'll just take my business online where it not only costs less, but they actually seem to care about the customer.A horrible, pathetic excuse for a businessman. Avoid at all costs.
