If you value the life of your pet, don't bring them here. These people only care about the money, they do not care about your pet. After bringing my 8 year old cat in who stopped eating, my cat is now dead because these people did not have time to treat her. Now they do not want to take responsibility for her death. I had been bringing my animals here for the past 20 years and trusted them.

I've been taking my pets here for at least the past seven years. I've taken dogs, cats and now a rabbit and I've seen almost every doctor in the building and they have all been super friendly and seemed to really care for my animals. I remember a few years ago when I had a sick cat and they got me in immediately and gave me every option possible on what to do, unfortunately he had to be put to sleep and everyone there understood how hard that was. I love this office and will never go anywhere else!

My pet was extremely sick and the girl at the desk told me she would call me back w/directions from the vet on what to do in an emergency situation. Not only did she wait 7 hours to call me back (on her personal phone?!), but after I told her it was too late, she was already dead she had the gall to say, "Yeah, it was a busy day here,' despite the fact I was crying. She asked me a question about the pet's diet and I told her I couldn't talk right then, b/c I was bawling at that point in time. Totally ignored that, and continued to talk over me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.



I was obviously an afterthought to have been called after the clinic was shut down and for the girl to call me on her personal cell phone.
