Slow, slow slow slow, did I say slow, snails are goin 90 miles an hour compared to these guys, they never answer the phone, the voice mail does not recieve messages. You could walk to china before the repairs are made and you are able to get in the door when open to get your stuff back, Not just a one time deal, every time, they are the only repair shop in the area, and they are slow, act as if 3-6 weeks is acceptable, easier just to buy a new trolling motor and be fishing then wait on these guys
