Love this place!! Have been to salons in many different states and prefer the treatment from Star Nails. Have gone to Star Nails now for quite some time. If I am out of town and am forced to go elsewhere, I have my nails redone once I am back in Fort Wayne.

AWFUL! I have gone to Star Nails a hand full of times. The first time I had a great experience and the price was great. The next time I went the service was terrible and it just got worse.



I made an appointment with a nail tech I liked hoping I would have a good experience but I was wrong. I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 mins while my feet were in cold water. After 20 mins the nail tech who I made the appointment when started to help someone else. And to make matters worse my nails look terrible.



Do not waste your time or your money on Star Nails.

Where should I begin? I honestly don't have one good thing to say about them! I've gone there multiple times, and each time just gets worse and worse. Last time I went in there, i got a full set and a pedicure, the pedicure was fine until they started beating on my legs. I had a VERY visible bruise the size of someone's fist and they pretty much punched it multiple times, which about sent me through the roof hurting so bad. But, my toes did look alright. Next, they put acrylic nails on. It wasn't bad, the guy was somewhat talkative, but not very friendly about it, he just talked because he knew it was part of his job and he had to, he didn't make the experience enjoyable. When he was done, I walked out looking like I already needed a fill. They didn't even get my whole nail on the sides either. It was $55 for a pedicure and a full set, and that was money WELL WASTED. Don't even waste your time going to this place, its awful!

I haven't had nails done for over 17 years. When I went in I didn't know what to expect, and what I got was AMAZING art work, and a wonderful conversation with the most wonderful woman, Jen Beuman(I think). I would like to recommend her to everyone. Thank you Jen for such a great paint job. I can tell Jen really loves what she does. Keep up the good work.
