You DO NOT WANT TO GO HERE! They have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They TALK like they know what they are doing but the WARNING signs are ALL THERE IF YOU LISTEN CLOSELY ENOUGH! Shame on DAVIDS BRIDAL for recommending thus place! Just TRUST ME.....you DO NOT want these folks TOUCHING your dress.....NO matter how much you may have paid for it.....THEY NEED TO CLOSE THEIR DOORS!

I do not recommend this business. I consigned a dress with them and after the 90 days were up, I went back to pick up the dress and they looked in their database and said the dress was still there and for me to go back and get it but it was not on the racks. She went in the backroom and looked for it and came out and said it was probably pulled and put in a bag and she will look later. I thought why was it pulled when we had a consignment contract. She said she would look for it and find it and I was to come back in a few days to get it. I went back a week later and still no dress. She asked me to give her my phone number and they will call me when they find it or find that they sold it. I said that I wasn't making another trip up there and then she said that she thinks they sold it last fall and they didn't know who the owner was to give credit to and that is why it wasn't entered in the database . She asked how much I consigned it for and she paid me, so she did make it righ

The owner got my husband and fathers tux sizes wrong 3 times. Therefore they couldn't even wear there vests or jacks, which ruined the theme of the wedding. My wedding dress fell a part before the reception. Not to mention my alterations was not done till the day of my wedding!! And when I returned the tux and she asked how everything went, I told her what I was upset about and shethought it was funny and blew me off. After she's got your money she could care less about your wedding. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Had nothing but problems due ti their disorganization and lack of customer service skills. Would not recommend!

Wish I could give negative stars! Bought my daughter's wedding dress there and they did not keep promise to clean the makeup off of her dress that was there from girls trying it on. They were VERY disorganized and lost her file with names and colors and they called many times about other customer's dresses. They seemed uninterested in helping the bridesmaids during their fittings and even had them try on new bridesmaid's dresses that were already purchased and waiting to be picked up!! They ordered one of the dresses in a small even though she measured an extra small during 3 visits to the store. They said they ordered it right but couldn't find any of the papers to back up their story and even tried to say it was the bridesmaids fault for losing weight (which she hadn't). They were going to charge her as much for alterations as the dress cost! The dress wouldn't have needed any alterations if it was ordered right! They did pay for part of the alterations but when she put the dress on right before the ceremony, the seam in the back was unraveling where it had been altered. 15 minutes before my daughter's wedding I was sewing up her bridesmaid's dress. They certainly gave us a memorable experience but definitely not a good one!

I visited many of the bridal stores in Fort Wayne, and this was by far the best! I found the dress of my dreams at an awesome price, and the staff was amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great bridal selection at reasonable prices! They also had a great selection of formal dresses too!

I've been trying to get my money OR dress back for MONTHS!!! The owner tries to reassure me that my dress sold but doesn't know for how much or to whom she sold it (therefore not knowing how much to pay me) All I want is either my dress or the money for it... and can't seem to get either!!!

Do NOT let them have your precious wedding dress! They are very unorganized and have no idea where anything is. It has a number, but they do not know how to find it. If you want to pick it up, you will have to locate yourself. My unused wedding dress was returned without the tags. The dressed are all crammed together. One of my prom dresses was taken to Goodwill, without contacting me first, because they did not like it. When they do that, they are taking a charitable donation deduction for something that is not theirs. OH, but she does have an excuse for everything. This is probably a good place to buy, but I would NOT recommend taking anything there to sell.

Disorganized, my daughter heard about this place and that it was new to Fort Wayne so we tried it. Not impressed.
