Horrible customer service, trouble, poor quality, very slow arrivals, stay away from them!!

Stay away from this place! Measured for dress, only they ordered one 3 sizes larger. And it needs so much alternations now. When confronting them as to why they ordered such a large dress, the owner stated that I should have read the contract they have you sign. She decides what size to order, thinking bigger is better, and then you are stuck paying for alternations. And no refunds. She is a master rip off artist.Read the contract and you will see that she cleverly will rip you off. Buyer Beware!

On March 23, 2012, I ordered and paid for a beautiful dress fitting for the mother of the bride that was almost $500.00. However, after four fitting dates, from June 21st to August 1st and the destruction of not only the dress I ordered and paid for, but the sample dress too, I was almost sold a bad bit of goods.. The seamstress was inept and botched all the alterations. There were no measurements taken at any time for either dress. The sample dress was destroyed by botched alterations that prevented the dress from being zipped up. The owner couldn't believe that could happen, hmmmm. What was she saying? Grrrrr. If I didn't have witnesses to observe these fittings, attitude and comments from the owner, you would wonder if it's a classic case of she said, she said. . Now it's two weeks before the wedding and I'm left with a full refund and frantically shopping for a dress suitable for a formal, evening wedding as the mother of the bride. The owner was rude, unprofessional and was willing to exchange the sample dress for the destroyed dress, full price and no freebies. Really? I would not recommend this shop to anyone in southwest Florida. Your experience may be just as horrific. Buyer beware.
