      This is one of the great original hold-outs on Las Olas. Excellent service, great steaks, respectable wine list, and it's always hopping in the bar. I wouldn't take a girlfriend there, but it's a fun place to hang out with the guys after work.

      Better than Capital Grill, or any steakhouse in Ft. Lauderdale. We go there for all birthdays and special occasions. Unbelieveable martini's too.

      Food for thought

      The muscles are the best in South Florida. Grilled to perfection! Service is great, and if you love lively crowds, this is the place to be on a Saturday night. It's real city dining!

      Worth the price

      My wife and I dined here on Easter Sunday and were pleasantly surprised. The mussel appetizer was great and the Rib Eye steak was the best I ever had. The martini bar is second to none. I would go again in a heartbeat.

      Timpano Las Olas has been a Fort Lauderdale staple since its debut in 1999. The newly reimagined Timpano offers a bold approach to contemporary dining for guests who want to be surrounded by sophistication with a modern menu inspired by culinary heritage. Rich emeralds, gold tones, and splashes of color fill the space with a subtle hint of a speakeasy vibe. A nod to South Florida's iconic art deco design, Timpano's interior is characterized by striking color combinations of emeralds, aubergines, golds, and pops of pink. Complementing design inspiration includes bold geometrics throughout the space, such as a black and white checkerboard floor tile, flame stitch and metal-chain curtains, and customized wall coverings that bares Timpano's signature icon - the peacock.
