They are one of the few jewelers in South Florida that is AGS affiliated which after lots of researching is very important. It means that they do business with the highest integrity. I wanted to get my diamond appraised so that I can sell it at a decent price. I went to at least half a dozen other jewelers asking them to help, and not only did they try to take advantage of me by buying my diamond at a low-ball price. Carroll's Jeweler (Bob - Owner) not only took the time to explain to an amateur like me about my diamond for over a half an hour. In that half an hour, he gave me an ball park that once I get the AGS grading report, my diamond should be worth around a certain amount. (a lot more than what I've been offer by the other jewelers) Once you talk to any of them in the store, you will have a sense of trust and understanding of what you are buying. You won't regret it.
