Went for a trim requested to keep the length they cut ~4 inches cut was uneven way too short and not attractive. Will never return

Worst experience in customer service I have ever had at a hair salon! I understand that you are not a high end salon and that you get what you pay for, but having rude, out of date stylists is not the way to keep your company successful in Fort Collins, were the competition is fierce. Carolyn, one of your elderly, more out of touch stylists cut my bangs today. Not only did she make my bangs uneven, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and instead of admitting that she didn't know what she was doing; proceeded to cut my bangs. When I said I thought they looked uneven but wouldn't be able to tell until I went home and styled them myself, she rudely stated, "If you come back tomorrow it will be a $10 charge to fix them." When I asked her if your company guaranteed their hair styles she said, "we guarantee a good hair cut not for you to change your mind later and come back." I didn't even let her finish trimming my hair. I paid $10 for crooked bangs that I will have to get fixed elsewhere, and rude service! I will be making reviews about your company to every website I can in hopes that I can save the next person the embarrassment and extra cost I have to endure. Carolyn was too proud to admit she didn't have a clue as to what the current hair styles are and how to appropriately implement them. All I wanted was a simple bang and trim. If I am going to take the time to bring an example of the hair style I wish to get I should at least be shown the courtesy of an honest answer. Instead I received her poor attempt which left me horribly dissatisfied, and instead of trying to make it right, she only attempted to up-sell me and blame the cost on Hair&Company policies.
