My second time coming here was not a good experience to say the least. I had previously had balayage done by one of their stylists and wanted to go for a more all blonde look with dark roots (I showed a few pictures of the overall idea of what I wanted ) I was told it might not become that blond which I was okay with. So she bleached my hair and it came out orange in different sections. She realized she had to redo it, she then rebleached my hair. So after spending 6+ hours there, the sections she had tried to correct had blunt orange lines.
She agreed to redo it the following Monday which inconvenienced me on going home for Thanksgiving. For the 4 days in-between i wore my hair in a bun. I drove over an hour Monday night after work during rush hour to have it fixed. She bleached my hair again (it's nice and dry now) and it did become a cooler toned blonde and the orange was gone....except for the roots. The roots are done horribly and it's honestly embarrassing, I said it was fine because the salon was closing and I was not going to let her do anything else to my hair.
Then they still decided to charge me! I mentioned all the issues I had, so for all of my inconveniences I was discounted the $25 treatment I get added to the bleach and then a sample size of shampoo/conditioner....lol.
Now for thanksgiving tomorrow I will have my hair in a pony tail with some dark eyeshadow blended into my roots covering the horrible job. Very very disappointing experience.

I have been going to Michelle at KKBB for about a year and she rocks! She is great no matter what you want to do -- a "baby trim" or a full on new coif! I am so grateful I found her and KKBB because my hair was in bad condition from hair cuts at chain stores that really didn't look at my hair and how to cut it to make it look the best that it can.



Michelle was really able to tell me what we needed to do -- and it wasn't a lot of styling and product. She gave me a "prescription" of the products she used but I was not pushed to buy anything right away. She also introduced me to a line of products that are AH-MAZING! My wavy fine hair is shiny and looks good without a bunch of product and time spent (mom of twins and pre-K -- no time)



Everyone is very nice in the salon but I really love Michelle!!! I won't go anywhere else again!

Have been going to this salon for about three months and am never disappointed with my cut or color. The staff is trained on a regular basis and travel even to New York City to the Bracoto salon in Soho for ongoing training of the newest, edgiest techniques ! I love the Bracoto hair products as they are THE most important tool when styling your cut at home. My stylist is , Kari, and she is AMAZING !! She actually listens to her clients BUT she is also great at suggesting what might work best re: cut, etc. for your hair. The stylists have the coolest cuts you will see in Indy,...from the minute I walked into the salon, I knew I was in the right place. The owners put their heart and soul into this business.....If you've ever been distraught because your stylist isn't giving you the best haircut you've ever had....call KKBB and schedule for a great experience !!!

I just moved here from KY and was very hesitant to find a new hair technician. But my mind was put to ease as my hair color was perfect and my hair cut was great!! Autumn had great technique when handling my hair. I am VERY tender-headed and she did not pull once. I also tend to pull red when my hair is colored. I've had a few catastrophies in the past with highlighting my hair. And...no orange highlights!! She recommended some great products including the Morroccan Oil. If you have hair that tangles...It's great and no greasy feeling. I use it on my daughter's tender head, and she does not cry when I brush it!!! Also, I learned that Lauren, the technician next to me, specializes in cutting curly hair. So if you have naturally curly hair...she is the go to girl!! If you go, ask for Autumn and tell her Tina from KY sent ya!!! OH...and you'll love the scalp massage when they wash your hair...I'd go there just for that!!

I had moved from North Jersey to Fishers in March and I was pained by the fact that I had to leave my Hair Stylist in Brooklyn :( I was scared to DEATH to find a new one, but also knew it really wasn't practical to fly home every time I needed a hair cut. AND THEN I FOUND STEPHANIE at KKBB!!!



I have to tell you, I haven't let a female cut my hair in YEARS! Don't Trust them!!! They seem to somehow ruin my hair! Steph had her work cut out with me (no pun intended) but...As long as I am in Fishers, or within driving distance STEPHANIE WILL BE MY GIRL!



She is AMAZING! Tell her the girl from Jersey sent you! TRUST ME, she'll know who that is :)

Tanya is the best with blond highlights that I have found in Indianapolis area in the last 10 years. Have never been disappointed with a cut. Always get the style I was looking for and usually even better.
