If i could give this shop a negative star I would, but it makes me pick at least one. Stay away from this Shop!! Go to all consignment stores before you step foot into this store! The owner of this store is very very rude and does not take ownership of her mistakes! They do not know the products that they carry. We placed an order gave a down payment and 5 days later received a call saying that the dress we chose no longer comes in the color requested. A text with 2 pics of different dresses were sent demanding to pick one of the two. How can you pick a dress that you didn't try on and expect to pay $200.00 for it. After a week of going back and fourth a dress was ordered and asured us that it would arrive on the 20th. We had to pay a $20 rush order fee for their mistake in order to have this dress in time. Well the wedding is in a week and till the day we have not seen this dress. We have called over and over and no one answeres the phone. At last we reached "CHRIS" the owner and let me tell you, she the ruddiest, unprofessional person I have come across in a long time. Customer Service is not in her nature. They promised that this dress was to come in on the 20th and it didn't, then she said it would come in on the 27th (3 days before the wedding) - still no guarantee that it would. She did not care that alterations needed to be made. When all this was explained to her, she didn't care. Her response was..."alterations can be made in an hour... no be deal! Because of her, this wedding has been in a limbo! I am warning all of you out there, STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM THIS SHOP! She needs to go out of buisness. I ignored the other comments and still went, boy do we reget it but we sure have learned a lesson.... if you too ignore this warning, can't blam anyone but yourself.

I have had a horrible experience. They told me my dress would be in on a certain date its now weeks later and i still have not received the dress and i only have 1 week before i have to wear it for a wedding. I would not recommend anybody here. I have made several phone calls to them nobody will answer my phone calls during business hours.

These people sold my daughter a prom dress telling her that they would steam it to remove all wrinkles. When we picked it up after it was steamed, the girl at the store was complaining that she wasn't able to remove any of the wrinkles - the dress looked terrible - the material was defective. I came in to speak to the owner and she and her employees were extremely rude. First they criticized me for bringing in the dress 2 weeks early for steaming ( which is nonesense). Then the owner told me that it was my problem - she basically didn't care. Two weeks before prom, I had to scramble to buy my daughter a new prom dress at another store. Since then, I've spoken with other people who have had bad experiences with the store employees. If something goes wrong - wrong size or defective material - they will not care and will be very rude.

I had been looking for a few Jovani gown that I was interested in. Traveled to many stores that said they carried them but....they didnt have any in stock to try on. Prom and bridal has alarge selection of jovani's plus many more brands. Ordered my prom gown only took 7 daus to come in. Great selection and services. i will be bake next year and wont wate my time going any where else. Thanks!!!I love my dress!!!!

I have been looking for a bridal gown for months when a lady at Walmart told me about this store. I thought it would be like all the rest......not helpful and unfriendly but, I was suprisingly wrong. They were very helpful , had a large selection and helped me find the right dress for my body.. They were wonderful and also had a layaway program.

Very Impressed with the stores selection of plus size gowns. We had went to three wedding stores and They didn't have anything in my size or it looked frumpy. I had decided to go casual for my wedding so, went to look for a church type dress and a lady at the mall told me about this store. It was very nice and had a large selection of wedding dresses. The ladies were very helpful and I found One I loved. Can't thank them enough!!

THE SHOP IS SO CLUTTERED THAT YOU HAVE VERY LITTLE SPACE TO WALK. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A TTHRIFT STORE; THE OWER ONLY CAME FROM BEHIND THE DESK TO GO OUTSIDE TO TALK ON THE PHONE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. NOT PROFESSIONAL OR HELPFUL AT ALL!

Went in to the store on Saturday after going to a few others that didn't have much and found two dresses I loved. I asked if I could hold them and see if my mother could come in and see them , after calling her she was only available to come in after church which they are closed. I told the sales lady she said just a moment and when to ask the manager.

The manager said she would open the store for me after church. We went in an ended up buying both! They are wonderful and very helpful. Not all stores would do that just so I could show it to my mother! Thank you so much....Great store.!!
