I dropped my ball gown off 2weeks ago to be steamed and have the bead work cheaked. Picked it up today 3 days before the ball and they hadn't even touched the bead work!! Matter of fact, I lost a bead when I took the dress out of the bag. I live an hour away from the store and they want me to bring it back so they can fix it. Then I would have to trust them to either ship it to me in time OR drive back to pick it up.

My friend and I went there yesterday for an appointment for a wedding dress. All we have heard is negatives about this place and were a bit weary at first. Wow, the bad talk was all wrong! When you walk in, you are greeted. They have a person at the front that welcomes you in, takes your information, lets you pick out the dresses you are interested in in the bridal catalogue, and assigns you a consultant.



Our consultant was Monica. This girl is wonderful! She is going to be just as excited for your wedding as you are. She helps get in and out of all the dresses and every step of the way. She is a no non-sense type of gal. She will not pressure you to get anything, she will not convince you to like a dress you really don't, she will be very honest with you. She was great! She has great advice and wonderful charisma.



You do not have to do anything except get the dresses on with her and get the full princess buying a gown effect. Monica did everything, brought the dresses, showed you options, eased the worries. Monica also has the inside dish on venues, caterers, photographers... just ask her, she will tell you what she knows!
