great pedicure

I got such a wonderful pedicure here that I couldn't even get the nail polish off my toes when I wanted to change the color 10 weeks later! I'm going back for another one today. They last forever!

terrible true story, check it out.......

I am writing this to everyone that I can think of because maybe it will give me a sense of closure (and maybe I can stop crying about it) to an awful situation.

On Sat. Alicia and I went to Beautiful Nails (in Target shopping center). It was close to closing and we were the only customers present in the store. I took off my wedding ring and placed it on the table (as I always do) for my manicure. Halfway home, I realize that I have left it. I turn around and go back.

The owner/ manager tells me to go home. Ask my family members what they did with my ring, because they (the store) do not have it. Now, if other customers had been in the store, I would not be so angry and feel so violated. I would understand the possibility that someone picked up my ring and walked out, but this was not the case. He further tells me to ask Alicia, maybe she took it. He instructs me to empty my purse, which I do just to show that I do not have the ring. The girl that had done my nails says that I never had a ring on, I must not know what I am doing. By now, I am hysterical.

Long story short. I called the police. I filed a report. My ring will never be recovered. We all know that. It was my 10 year anniversary ring and was not insured (stupid, I know). I am devastated.

I want everyone that I know to know that an employee of that family owned store stole my ring. I am absolutely sure of it, beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Out of respect for me, I am asking that you no longer use this store (I have referred many of you to it!) or if you must-at least you know to watch your belongings. Please feel free to tell anyone you know of my story.
