Tammy is very clean and efficient! Super fast service with great conversation. Above average service for only average pricing! I've gone here for a year or so and will continue to for many to come! I highly recommend going to 5 Star!! (It's in the name!)

filed a Health and Safety report for this establishment with the Arkansas Department of Health State Board of Cosmetology. The owner (and only person who works there as far as I can tell) reuses single-use supplies knowingly putting people at risk of disease transmission and the spread of bacteria and fungus. I asked her to use a new pumice scrubber on my feet and she said no, I'll have to pay extra. I asked her if she reuses the pumice scrubber over and over and she said "yes". I told her it's illegal because it spreads bacteria and disease. I repeated that it's illegal and she actually said "I Know". She said I "should go somewhere else next time". I told her that what she is doing is illegal and it's really gross and I got up and left with my feet still wet from the water. I noticed that she also uses reusable rubber dish gloves on multiple clients without sterilizing them in between, and used nail files and buffers (without placing them in barbicide between customers). She does not value the healthy and safety of her customers. Such a disappointment. For your own well-being, STAY AWAY!!!

I've known Tammy for 11 years...She has done my nails for that long off and on...She is a great lady and ...She does a great job.
