We have been bringing our Basenjis to Doctor D for the last 14 years. He is knowledgeable and treats our dogs like family just as we do. he has been there every time there was an issue or emergency and always follows up with phone calls even when he is busy. the staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this hospital

I've been going to NEAH since I've had my dog, quite a few years now. My vet is Dr. Lord, very nice, professional. Staff is great, Peg is my favorite. She's very empathetic when there's a health issue with my dog. I've already recommended and had friends switch over to NEAH. You won't regret it!

Very kind people at the front desk, very kind vets. You can tell they love animals and take the time to explain things to pet owners. Vets always call back whenever you have a question even on busy days. Dr. Jason Lord is a younger vet but very enthusiastic, sharp, and will research a problem if he doesn't know the answer off-hand and treats every person and pet like an individual.

Dr Lemelin was very thorough and took his time explaining different concerns I had with my new puppy and being a first time pet owner I really appreciated that. I feel very strongly about recommending this vet to any pet owner.
