I walked in feb 14. The girl said hello, and seemed polite. It was a thursday, and for being valentines day they only had 1 customer. Well I wanted a small bridal bouquet for my daughter. ( I was getting married that day) I asked the girl for 6 pink roses and ribbon, no cellophane or anything fancy. Just roses and ribbon. Sbe went to ask the designer if she could make it, and the designer barked at the cashier "no way, not today" the girl came back and then procceeded to snarkle and bark at me "no way we can do that" and laughed in my face for requesting a bouquet. I talked to a friend about this, and she also said she walked in once to get flowers for her moms birthday, and said she also felt frowned upon. I dont recomend this place at all, they were very rude to me. Definatly not walking in ever again.
