Management should really consider stepping up the customer service . Or fire current lazy employees

These guys have their heads screwed on backwards

It was one of the hottest days of the year at over 100 degrees and my battery went out. I was not in the best of moods but as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly smile. The associate was named Cheyenne and her smile and warm demeanor made my discomfort disappear instantly. She was knowledgeable and gave me a wide selectio of products and I was able to make a selection that suited my needs. Cheyenne offered to replace my battery and had me on the road within a few minutes. I am very impressed with all of the associates but was grateful to have Cheyenne on that day.
