The first time i took my dog it was a shower and cut in private area and they never did the cut i didnt notice until i got home. Second time yesterday i asked them not to cut the head hair and they did and at night i had to put a cone on my dog to stop licking because he has rash spots all over his abdomen area. Red dots that im sure were hurting him. Never going back!

Been using Julian's for over a year now, and am quite satisfied. When I make an appointment, my pup is usually done within 90 min. - and she looks great! Highly recommended !

If you have an appointment your dog will be done in 2 hours. If you don't have an appointment and you show up at 8:30AM on a "first come, first served" Saturday, no telling when your dog will be done. Mine's been there for over six hours. I was told it would be 2 or 2 1/2. This place is getting creepy.

They let you walk through the shop and talk with your groomer one-on-one. They have nothing to hide. I know my dog is safe there.
