Princess Nails is under new owners. Christina and her husband not only do a great job but are helpful and very friendly.

Jenny, the owner, is my favorite manicurist out there. She keeps everything in her salon spotlessly clean and she is a skilled technician with personality-plus. I've been going to her ever since she took over ownership of the salon several years ago.

Worst decision I've ever made

This by far was the worst place I've had a manicure at. Two days after receiving the manicure the polish chipped off 80% of my nails. When I advised the owner of this to see if she would help me she just said that manicures don't last long and that it would cost me $8 for her to correct. In addition, she called me a liar, told me to not call her again and hung up on me. She has her 13 year old daughter do the hand massage and the actual application of the polish in addition to helping out with the pedicure process I personally witnessed. What a 'sweat shop' she's running and her not being able to speak/understand the english language didn't help much either. I'll ensure that no one else I come across in Durham will ever step foot in this place. Her motto is "Screw the customer and the customer is never right". It's a shame she's allowed to run a business like this here in this country.
