Do not let these people touch your car. It was the worst experience ever. The first tires they put on my car were lopsided and made it impossible to drive. Also later on when I needed to take the tire off, the lugnuts were impossible to remove because they were put on too tight with an impact wrench, instead of using a torque wrench like they should have. When I called to tell them about the problem they told me I didnt know what I was talking about and that it was my problem not theirs. Now instead of saving money by getting used tires I'm spending twice as I would have spent on new tires to fix the problem.
