Worst Dental experience imaginable. This dental center seems great and very friendly from the outside and at the beginning. Unfortunately Sean (Dr. Grady) is currently employing a business model designed to rapidly build volume of customers and so patient treatment is neglected.



In this case, a large deposit was submitted for work which he then decided not to do after just 3 months because he forgot the type of work that was agreed to. When he was reminded, he then felt that it was too time consuming and refused to even accept additional payment for services. Instead of even offering to refund any portion of the deposit, he simply took the money and walked away from the case. When we asked for a refund of at least some portion of the deposit on multiple occasions, he hid behind his other staff members or as he calls them, “the girls”.



Very poor customer treatment for anything more than a quick cleaning, or cavity fix. You can find much more reputable options all within 5-10 minutes.

After going to Grady Dental since they were located off Abbotts Bridge Rd years ago, this office seems to be more about money than about customers. The staff quoted under $100 for composite filling co-pays (after checking twice with my insurance company). Then, they charged me over 2/3rds more because the insurance company downgraded them to silver fillings. When I said that the office was supposed to check, they said they didn't get that information for us. My mother has worked in the dental industry for decades so I know that was crap. The office staff did not apologize, did not offer to even look into it and when I said I would pay but they could take my husband and myself off their list, they responded with "so you would like us to cancel all upcoming appointments?" The almighty dollar has corrupted another formerly good office.
