      Integrated Wellness is a holistic practice founded by Natasha Wilson, LMSW, LMT in 2008. Natasha is currently offering mental health therapy and massage. The vision of Integrated Wellness is to create a space where a client is able to connect with various healing practices to best suit their needs. As the practice expands this could include mental health counseling, massage, yoga, nutritionist, acupuncture and possibly a holistic physician. Currently, Natasha specializes in assisting Adults with issues related to Depression, Anxiety, Gay/Lesbian issues, thought disorders and general mental/emotional concerns. In addition to being a clinical social worker, Natasha is also a licensed massage therapist. Natasha blends energetic and therapeutic massage together to relieve stress, body pains and tension. Some of her specialties include deep tissue massage and intuitive bodywork.
