Before when Ms Ginger was there it was better, I been going there for almost 2 years, but last past Saturday I went and will be my last time. The lady at front desk gave me a girl to cut my hair and I had a bad experience before and I asked for another one, she was mad, she gave another girl that was a disaster, my hair was not even and the teacher was not pendant and when the girls finished the teacher did not say nothing or at least fixed my hair, I wanted to do a pedicure and the front desk lady said that the girls was not doing more pedicure, ( I saw her that already finished with the other customer) When I arrived at home at looked up at the mirror and I went back to the school. The front desk person was so rude, another girl fixed my hair and I want to give some tip, the front desk lady did not want to change a ten dollar bill, at that time was already like 4pm almost time to close. I did not believe that she did not have money to change me the bill)

Was in a bind before school started so I said why not try a school. HUGE MISTAKE! Very uneven haircut and the instructor went over it! I had to fix with school scissors. Never, never again!

Although we would love to have 100's of satisfied students, it takes commitment from both the school and the students to be successful. As an educator for over 15 years, I have found students who generally think negatively about their school experience are those who are less committed to their education than others. They usually have failed to attend regularly, complete assignments on-time, and be committed to their chosen profession. In order to keep our students informed we post our attendance for each student to review monthly. If there are any discrepancies we address it immediately. We have a well trained staff and a prepared curriculum. As a result, we have had many successful graduates.

If you are a student: The director is very catty, she likes to talk about students to other students behind their back. She also tells other student what your grades are ! Even though you sign in and sign out everyday they ALWAYS miscalculate your hours and say it's your fault for not keeping track of them! They loose test scores and make you take the test again! They will give you MORE book work than other students!

Customers: They DON'T care about you ! They give NO refunds ! Students are working on clients without the supervision of teachers ! STAY AWAY, this place should be out of business !

The student's do great work. I had a cut/color & highlight for only $45.00 and so many people have complimented me. I am going back for a facial and pedicure. You can't beat the prices!!! Thanks girls for making me feel great.
