I would be very cautious about boarding your pets here. When I went to pick up my 2 dogs this Sunday morning, first I almost slipped on a big wet spot right in front of the door and when I notified the employee who came out from the back, nothing was done to clean it up while another customer was getting ready to come through the door, who I warned, not the employee. Second and more importantly, before the employee came out from the back, I could hear (a different employee) yelling ok you f'ing a-holes shut the f up you bast*rds... Which caused me to open the door to see what was going on and put a stop to it seeing their was an elderly woman in the lobby with me. As soon as I opened the door there was the employee who came out standing right there telling me he was coming to help us and I was not to be back there. I will be calling to talk to a manager about this incident on Monday, and I k is you cannot judge a business by one employee, but again be cautious if you board here, I will never again!

I love this place, they do a great job on my dogs cut and he just loves going to doggy day care! I really love that is family owned and not a chain.

Never, never take your dog there. My dog is now in the ICU at West Palm due to Iinatttentive treatment. The owner was warned of her breathing issues and. DID NOT call. us or stop when our dog got in distress. She is now fighting for her life! DO NOT take your beloved animal there !!! After 3 days in ICU she lost her life. No empathy from groomer at all. Walk out the groomer's door, better yet do not go in.

LOVE Barkingham Palace! Everyone is go great to you and your pets! I love to see my dog's tail wagging when I tell him he's going to Barkingham. They do an awesome job grooming my poodle and he love to doggie day care. AA++ for Barkingham and the staff!
