Stay Away!!

I went in this salon about two weeks ago, and I am a regular customer. To make the story short the technician was plain rude and did a horrible job. I was about to walk away in the middle of her doing my nails but I said I drove 30 mins so I will let her finish. I always tip, but this time I felt she did not deserve a tip.

I signed my bill for $40...and for some reason I checked my account because I had a feeling they would charge me for a tip, and of course they did. They charged me $45.

I called and spoke to the owner, just for him to tell me "drive 30min to the salon and I will give you $5, its not $200 its $5, we just put someone elses tip on your card"



Its not about the $5, its about the fact that they feel they can charge me whatever they want without me authorizing them. They can keep the $5 but I will never go back.

Unbelievable. Such an amazingggg job!!
