ON April 23, 2014 my labrador was breathing very heavy and her gums were gray. She was obviously not getting enough oxygen. I asked for help to get her out of the car. Almost all of them came out to help me. I was very impressed how responsive they were in helping me. They all were so kind and caring. Found out she had terminal cancer. The vet gave me the information I needed to make a decision whether to prolong her life, without trying to sway me one way or the other. They took only one xray to save me money when I hardly had any. They truly cared about what my pet and I were going through with such empathy. The vet explained my options very clearly and I felt i understood what i needed to know. I appreciate them not pressuring me timewise and understanding what a difficult decision it was to make. A pet I've loved for more than 13 yrs and will always love. Thanks for the thoughtful way in which you helped me and my pet. I could not have asked for a more professional and caring staff.
