I am so glad I chose to use AKC Mortgage. When you shop around for a mortgage rate, the broker always quotes the lowest market rate for you. After the approved procedure, my credit score prevented me from getting the best rate. I am aware of the numerous factors that can influence a mortgage interest rate. Mark only increased my rate 0.125% compared with others who increased it by 0.375%. I’m not surprised that my friend told me save my time shopping around and instead to just use Mark's loan.

Very bad service. They quote very low interest rate just to get the business and once you pay them the money to start the process. You are screwed. They take months to close the loans and will never give you the rate they quoted at the beginning. They will tell you that rate has been changed as it is market driven.
