New owners. Loved the previous owners. New owner lacks customer service skills, lied to me and would not identify herself. The first time i went there after the new owners took over, i was disappointed. However, i thought i would give it another try. The last time i went there i would not even leave my dog. The atmosphere is cold and indifferent. Not the homey business i was used to. Would not recommend to anyone.

they change their employees to much and they are always young people ,which I believe just left high school and are not certified, horrible experience, when picking up my dog and wanting to pay owner was on the phone the whole time while servicing me, very unproffessionaL.

I have a toy poodle, she is 7 ponds. I bring my dog to Doggie Day Spa today the place was pretty neat, clean and with a good aparience and differences and goods product, as treats home made and dresses. My dog as a poodle has curly hair, she had knots on her paws, but the rest was fine. I ask for a poodle style, they told me they would cut her hair short,but they would try to safe her hair. They would charge $35. Ok. When I saw my dog I was about to cry, they shave her tail!!!! What in the world!! She look so miserable, they just do not try, they make it easy, I just complain about her tail, because it wasn't tangled. They charge me $37, for a shave?!!, I could do that too!, I do not like how they groom, at least not for poodles style. I call them and try to explain but they were not polite, they were rude. They could have painted her nails, but they didn't :S so easy job…
