This visit for service was quite pleasant and reminded me as to why I return to Plaza Tire time and again for trust worthy service and parts. The personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable about what is available and how to get it accomplished in an expedited manner. In fact the front office is top notch and that extends out to the rest of the professionals at Plaza. I highly recommend this location for all services offered by Plaza Tire 2020.

I had my oil changed for free because I applied for their credit card today. When I came in at 2pm I was told it’d be a couple of hours which wb 4pm. I had my tires balanced and rotated which I have their tires so free. I had their lifetime of the car 4 wheel alignment for free. I did hafto change my cabin filter for about 21$. I didn’t get out of there till 5:30pm. 3.5 hours of waiting. They forgot to put back a part on my car from changing the cabin filter and left it laying on the floor I realized after I left the hospital. I’ll hafto go to the Plaxa tire service by Columbia Mall 3 miles from me to get it put back in as the place I went is 9 miles from me. I took a cooler of bottles of water with me and had my cell phone and tried to talk to people around me. I realize they were working as fast as possible....perhaps they were short handed but if so the 1st guy at the counter obviously had no idea a 2 hour job would take 3.5 hours.

Very friendly, fast, nice and they let you know exactly what needs to be fixed for our safety. I recommend them for the equipment and safety of your vehicle and the ones behind the wheel driving.

The guys were great!! Pete, the guy that changed my tire was excellent! He showed me how to change the tire for the future! Just downright genuine and very professional. 5 stars plus! :)

They did a 4 wheel alignment on my sons car. Some time later my son hydroplaned in a downpour and spun out into the cable guard separating the lanes of the interstate. It turns out that the tread had worn off unevenly due to the shoddy alignment that these jokers did. My son could have been killed.

These guys are great! Were the lowest quote on a new set of tires for me, and had them available when I needed them. Larry and Steve are very courteous and they know their stuff. Both times I've called on them for help they were quick to take care of me. As someone who drives for a living, this kind of service is invaluable!
