Great store, the staff is professional and knowledgeable. In my experience the owner went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with all they had to do. That was five years ago, i have been going there since then. I am from New Mexico, my daughter goes to school at the University of Missouri and there is no-one I would trust more than Tires Plus. It is peace of mind knowing that my daughter can go there and not worry about her being gouged for un needed repairs.I would strongly recommend Tire Plus in Columbia,Missouri to anyone.Thank You, from a very grateful parent.

I was pretty nervous to take my car here after I read some of the bad reviews, but my boyfriend always takes my car there to get the oil changed and when I needed new tires, I took it to these guys. They were friendly, and even though I only asked them to do a few of the things by car needed, they didn't push me to do the rest. Also, they called and let me know I had a bent rim and needed new brake pads (which I knew) so I think they're legit. I'll be headed back in a few weeks to get the rest of the service my car needs from them. I'd give them a shot if I were you.

I would highly recommend this place. My son goes to school in Columbia Mo and these guys took care of his car when it was over heating without gauging him. I want to give a BIG "Thank you" to Tires Plus guys!!!

They were very kind and helped me with my situation in a way that saved me so much stress and hassle and I did not have to take off work. I very much appreciate their loyalty to the customer.

This is a great place to spend my money. They are very competent, thorough and friendly. I can also have my daughter go in and not have to worry about being ripped off.

I worked for this company for 9 years. Of the 9 years I worked for Bill the owner and I have watched him take advantage of people for all of the 9 years I was employed with the man. he over charges customers that look better off and he also raised the prices on the customers that had coupons or the regular customers that always ask for discount so he would raise the price 40 dollars and then give 20 dollars off for a discount. he has told people that there car is not worth fixing and offer them 50 for the car and when he would buy the car he would not do anything to fix it and then sell it for upto 3000.00. Beware if your looking for a place to take your car for service and hear a good thing about Tires Plus.

Don't waste your time or your money because these guys will waste both. I had a very hazardous and very apparent rust spot on the bottom of my car that was making my steering wheel feel loose. If I had hit a big bump, it could have cracked and I'd have lost control of my car. When I brought my car into Tires Plus initially, even after a $20 inspection, the guys could only deduce that worn tires were causing my feeling of instability. They sold me $200 worth of tires, and after they finally "noticed" the rust spot, they quoted me a couple thousand dollars to fix it. When I got back in my car, the steering wheel position was even worse than it had been originally, but they rudely denied making the problem any worse. The foreign manager was so rude that I had my dad call him, and he accused my dad of not knowing anything about cars (my dad's a mechanical engineer...). Overall that manager and the one named Thomas were unbelievably rude and are completely unworthy of owning any type of business. I'm $200 in the hole for tires I didn't really need, and I found another guy to fix my *actual* problem for just $700.

Took car to shop for repairs on a Saturday. When went to pick up car, they couldn't find the ignition key. It happened to be the only key I had and could only be made by the dealer! The owner ended up giving us his beat up truck to drive until they could have a key made! On Monday, when the dealer was open, they arranged for the duplicate key. Had to drive owner's truck for 2 days! This is the epitome of irresponsibility! Stay away from this shop!
