I cannot give a good recommendation for this company based on my experience with upholstering few pieces of furniture. Designer was helpful in selection of colors and materials to be used but promises of deliveries were not kept nor was I informed of delays. I piece was delivered at a time and I had to return the first for unsatisfactory work. It took nearly 3 months before I finally had all 3 pieces back and none of them are satisfactory. A promise was made to "get in touch" after the holidays to pick up 2 of the chairs for a "redo", but I have heard nothing at this point (Jan. 14, 2010). Initial deposit of 50% of total cost was made and at one point, I was charged the balance before any chairs were delivered and that was done so without my approval. Fortunately, I was able to have that credited back to me by my bank. I have contacted another upholsterer and just figure that I am out the 50% deposit and will now have to pay someone else to do the work.
